If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we make it easy to return – without hassle and without extra costs. We believe that a return process should be as simple as the purchase itself, and that's exactly how we've designed it.

You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To get started, simply send an email to our support team at info@liamerightmart.com. Please include your order number, name, and reason for return. Make sure the item is in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Once we have approved your return request, we will send you a prepaid return label by email. We will cover all return costs, so you will not have to pay any fees. Pack the item carefully, attach the label to the package, and drop it off at your nearest post office:

To make the process even more flexible, we offer two return addresses – one in Denmark and one at our main warehouse in Germany. This provides faster processing and easy access for you.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

We have made our return policy easy, transparent and completely free of charge – because your security and trust mean everything to us.

All products you find in our store are physically in our inventory. This means that when you order something from us, it is already ready to ship – no backorders, no delays. We pack and ship quickly directly from our own warehouse.

To ensure fast and reliable international delivery, we partner with 4PX Express, a globally recognized third-party logistics partner based in China. Their extensive network enables your package to be transported quickly and safely from our facility to your door.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services, but most orders arrive within 3 to 14 business days after dispatch. You will of course receive a tracking number so you can follow your order all the way.
